I recently arranged an appointment with Mr Cruise to discuss treatment of my chronic sinus condition. He was extremely professional and prescribed medication which has helped although he advised that surgery may be required to alleviate the problem over the longer term. Would thoroughly recommend.

I found Mr Cruise to be one of the most straightforward and helpful consultants I have seen. He spoke directly to my 11 year old son in a thoroughly non-patronising manner and clearly explained his clinical findings to both of us. He completely investigated my son's complaint and made no assumptions. I felt assured that his opinion was informed and correct.

I had been suffering with my condition for nearly a year, and two years ago was referred to Dr Cruise. The treatment I received wasn’t pleasant but Dr Cruise was professional and careful throughout to ensure I wasn’t in too much discomfort. He diagnosed my condition promptly and recommended surgery, carefully explaining the reasons for his recommendation and talking me through the possible side effects of the treatment. This was a difficult decision for me but I felt confident that I could trust Dr Cruise with my care as his knowledge of my condition was incredible. He also advised that there may be the requirement of a second operation 12 months after the first one but this didn’t put me off going ahead with the procedure, in fact I respected his honesty in giving me all the information. On the day of the op, Dr Cruise came to see me before and after the procedure, carefully explaining what I should do over the next few weeks/months in order to make a full recovery. I had regular appointments with Dr Cruise during my recovery in which he was friendly and welcoming as well as answering any questions/queries I had to ensure that I understood each stage of my treatment. 12 months passed and Dr Cruise recommended a 2nd operation. Although the 1st operation was a success, Dr Cruise explained that he felt he could make even more improvement by performing this second op. He didn’t put any pressure on me and asked me to think carefully about this before confirming whether I wanted to proceed. I had 100% trust in Dr Cruise’s judgement and quickly confirmed that I wanted to go ahead with the 2nd operation. 6 months have passed since that 2nd operation and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Looking back it's amazing to think how much this condition affected me and my lifestyle and I feel very lucky that I was under Dr Cruise's excellent care and I can never thank him enough for all his help. Due to the nature of the operation I have to get regular check up's for the next 2 years and I am happy to say I will always see Dr Cruise.
